Brief To-Do list (In no particular order)

File BlackList

Specify which file(s) in the library you never want shared.

IP-Barring

Specify IP addresses that should get blocked.

File Downloading

Allow users to download non-TransCoded files locally.

Encryption

Improve the security so the files are transmitted in an encrypted fashion and de-crypted locally so they can't be sniffed off the network.

Transcoding

Provide functionality to stream files that are recorded at a higher bit-rate than the outgoing bandwidth can provide, and convert files that could not normally be streamed. (on the fly!)

Client File Filter

Specify which filetypes should be ignored (Ignore all WMA for example).

Wish-List

1. automatically fetch super-list at Wombat Share (perhaps as an option in config)

2. make the media in the playlist also playable after the user has hit the update visible media button, now there is a 404. File not found, so we can't save media in local playlists

3. as an option in config, show shared playlists in media-libary tree not only by right click

8. Add stale-timeouts for manual nodes and/or guids. Investigate case where dynamic ip keeps changing, but is referenced with a dns (dyndns e.g) name. So we keep finding new nodes and not expiring old nodes
